Come join WW2 veterans, celebrity guests and some of Britain's best military historians for a special evening in memory of those who fought for Britain and her Allies in Burma during World War Two.

Grammar Productions, in partnership with Help for Forgotten Allies (H4FA)The Royal Commonwealth Ex-Services League (RCEL) and The British Chamber of Commerce Myanmar would be delighted if you would join us for an exclusive gala-dinner and film-fund appeal – Remembering World War Two in Burma - hosted at the prestigious Army & Navy Club in London.

We're delighted to announce that our star speaker for the evening will be celebrated WW2 historian, writer, and broadcaster, James Holland (read more below.)

On the night, we will also be raising completion funds for a landmark documentary project dedicated to those who fought in Burma in WW2 - Forgotten Allies: the search for Burma's lost heroes. You can watch a preview here.

The Gala-Dinner - more details:

  • 1830: Guests arrive at the Club for champagne reception, with an appearance from a special guest

  • 1930: Guests to take their seats for the 4 course meal (dietary requirments will be requested in advance from all diners)

  • 2045: After dinner speech and Q&A - 'Remembering World War Two in Burma' from star-speaker James Holland

  • 2115: Auction, and cash bar for those keen to continue discussing the evening's topic

  • 2230: Carriages
