6 November, 2020 – In their fourth consecutive year, the Myanmar Employer Awards 2020 continue on a mission to recognize and celebrate outstanding efforts and achievements in employer excellence and people management best practices. After a first shortlisting round, finalists were selected by an independent panel of judges based on their accomplishments in strategy, execution and results in HR best practices.
The fourth edition of the Myanmar Employer Awards attracted over 90 applications and 27 were the Finalist Companies across 7 HR Category Awards and 2 Special Recognition Awards.

A mixed panel of 24 local and international judges with extensive experience across varying industries and countries will converge for the Final Judging Day on 10 November for a final round of judging that will determine the Official Winners of the 2020 Myanmar Employer Awards.
As the appointed 2020 Official Verifying partner, Deloitte Myanmar will ensure fairness and transparency throughout the judging process, including ensuring that no judge can vote for a competitor or any company they have been employed by in the last 36 months. The Best of the Best Award will be presented to the company with the highest overall score, calculated on the total number of awards won by each company.
